Strength 4:13
Strength 4:13 Ministries

We help people who keep starting over build a life that holds.

A faith-based ministry in the Branson-Hollister area. We replace idle time and old habits with daily discipline, real community, and faith in Jesus Christ. Our core program is Training Day. Rick Koenig founded it because he lived it first.

The strength to start over. Philippians 4:13.

What we do

Most people do not have a motivation problem. They have a structure problem.

They know what to do. They just have nothing that holds them to it when life gets hard, and no one who notices when they drift. When days have no shape, old habits fill the gaps.

Training Day fills that space with something worth doing and a community that notices when you stop. It works four parts of a person's life at the same time, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, until they become a daily standard strong enough to interrupt the patterns that keep pulling people backward.

Who we help

People ready to change who need a structure to make it stick.

People who keep starting over. People working through addiction. People managing their mental health. People coming out of a hard season, a divorce, a job loss, incarceration, starting from scratch.

Men and women, wherever they are, who are ready to change and need a daily structure and a community to hold them to it.

The program

Four pillars, built together.

The whole program develops these four parts of your life at once. When one is missing, the rest pull you back.

Physical

Train the body through real activity and strength, at the gym or through a follow-along bodyweight program you can do anywhere.

Mental

Daily reading and journaling. Get what you are carrying onto paper instead of letting it pile up.

Emotional

A real support group and accountability team. People who know you and notice when you do not show up.

Spiritual

Bible study, prayer, and church built into the daily routine. Faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation, not an add-on.

Faith at the center

The Bible study.

Scripture, prayer, and study are built into the daily routine, and the community gathers around the Word together. Faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of everything here, not something added at the end.

You do not have to arrive with a faith background. A lot of people come in exploring. The door is open, and the invitation is to come as you are.

The team

Built by people who lived it.

Rick Koenig

Founder and coach

A 2nd-degree BJJ black belt in the Carlson Gracie lineage with more than 20 years teaching martial arts, a former fighter, and the subject of an HBO documentary. Rick came through prison and addiction to faith. He lived the message before he taught it, and he is the proof the program works.

Anthony Soumiatin

Systems and strategy

Built and runs the online platform, the program structure, and the growth plan behind the ministry.

An independent founding board and volunteer leaders are being brought on as the ministry grows.

What we want to build

A community where people get a real second footing.

We want anyone ready to change to have a daily structure, in person or from home, whatever they can pay. We want to remove the practical barriers that stop people, cost and transportation, through sponsorships and giving. And we want to gather in person, because community becomes real in a room together. Here is what that looks like:

  • Community workouts and training days open to anyone
  • Recovery and men's and women's small groups
  • Service days and local outreach
  • Family and testimony nights
  • Church partnerships and referrals
Give

Your gift is a second footing for someone else.

Strength 4:13 Ministries is a 501(c)(3), so gifts are tax-deductible. Giving funds outreach, sponsors someone who cannot afford the program, helps people get there, and builds the community. Sponsoring a member is where a single gift does the most for one person.

Program fees for paid offerings are separate from charitable donations and are not deductible.
