Discipline Shapes Character

Train your body, discipline your mind, and strengthen your faith. Training Day is a program for every part of your life.

The enemy

Idle Time Is the Enemy

When your days have no structure, energy leaks into the wrong places. Old habits fill the gaps. Days without purpose leave room for the patterns you’re trying to leave behind.

Training Day was built to fill that space with something worth doing.

What you get

A Gym, a Program, and a Community

A full-service gym with martial arts programs and strength training. An online curriculum of 6 programs and over 100 individual lessons, from your first submission to addiction recovery to spiritual growth, all at your own pace. Behind all of it is a community that lifts each other up, shows up daily, and genuinely cares.

Four pillars

Body, Mind, and Spirit

Training Day works across four pillars:

Spiritually

Bible study, prayer, and church are built into the daily structure. Faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation here, not an add-on.

Mentally

Daily reading and journaling. Putting your thoughts down on paper helps you process what you’re carrying instead of letting it build up.

Physically

BJJ, boxing, judo, and weight training with a 2nd Degree Black Belt who has 20 years of teaching experience. Rick trains law enforcement and has worked personal security for high-profile clients.

Emotionally

A support group and accountability team that actually know you. People who check on you when you don’t show up and challenge you when you’re coasting.

The curriculum

6 Programs, Over 100 Lessons

Most gyms stop at the workout. This one keeps going: nutrition, recovery, community, and faith.

His career spans professional fighting, personal security for high-profile celebrities, and training law enforcement. His story was featured in an HBO documentary.

Rick and Tracy have been married for 31 years. Together they created the Self-Mastery System that drives Training Day, combining faith, fitness, and daily discipline to help people transform physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Get started

Three Steps to Start

1

Join

Sign up and get approved. Once you’re in, you get the curriculum, the community, and your accountability team.

2

Commit

Build your day around the non-negotiable tasks. Early wake-ups, training, Bible study, journaling, work. When every hour has a purpose, idle time doesn’t stand a chance.

3

Train

Show up daily. Your accountability team is there with you. The daily rinse-and-repeat program builds consistency over time, not overnight.

The change

What Changes

People show up at different points. Some dealing with addiction, some working through mental health, some just needing a fresh perspective. They stay because the daily structure works.

Consistencyreplaces chaos
Communityreplaces isolation
Purposereplaces idle time

The old patterns lose ground when every day has structure and the people around you won’t let you quit.

Start Your Training Day

Replace destructive behaviors with consistency and community. Build confidence in a Christ-centered identity, and renew your mind, body, and soul, one day at a time.
