Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Training Day member portal at www.strength413.org and the Strength 4:13 mobile app.
What We Collect
Account data. When you register, we collect your name and email address.
Progress data. We store which lessons you've completed and when. This lets the portal resume where you left off.
Connection data. Our hosting infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel) may log IP addresses and device information as part of normal server operation. We don't use this for analytics or marketing.
How We Use Your Data
Your account information is used to authenticate you and provide access to your programs. Progress data tracks lesson completion across sessions and devices. We don't use your data for advertising, profiling, or analytics.
Who Has Access
Gym administrators can see your account status, enrollment, and lesson progress through the admin portal. They cannot see your password.
Your data is stored with Supabase (supabase.com), a US-based database provider. Supabase acts as a data processor under our direction: they store and serve your data, and do not use it for any purpose other than providing the service.
The portal includes YouTube-embedded video content. When you watch a video, YouTube may collect data according to its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your account and progress data for as long as you are an active member. If your account is removed, we delete associated data within 30 days.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Contact us at the email address below and we will process the request within 30 days.
If you believe your data is inaccurate, contact us and we'll correct it.
Children
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy that affect your rights, we will notify you through the portal before the changes take effect.
